Sleep Well

Has the insomnia monster been knocking on your door every night while you toss and turn and count sheep? There are countless reasons for your sleepless nights beside a heartbreak (don’t worry, time heals everything). But, to tackle those coffee-induced days, here is what you can do.
LED-free your bedside

Blue light, found in fluorescent bulbs and light-emitting diodes (LEDs), produces shorter wavelengths, leading the body to produce lower levels of melatonin. Melatonin is the hormone that takes care of your sleep cycle. So put your phone and computer away 30 minutes before you go to sleep and curl up with a good book instead - in soft light, of course.
Be conscious of what goes in

Avoid big meals at night and quit that caffeine dose after dinner. Coffee is not dessert. All those binge days and cheat days with an overload of sugar and gluten trigger wakefulness at night, pulling you out of the deep, restorative stages of sleep. You’re missing out on the good stuff.
Exercise during the day

Like they say, it’s all related. When you exercise regularly, you’re not just building killer abs but you also sleep better at night and feel less sleepy during the day. The harder you go at the gym, or the more you run, the better the benefits. But don’t sweat it if you have a super busy day planned, even a 10-minute stroll can go a long way when it comes to getting your Zs.
Wind down and shut your mind off

Relaxation techniques before bed will definitely better your sleep. It’s always nice to slow down when you have been running all day, even if it’s just mentally. Try deep breathing or some visualisation techniques, wherein you visualise a place that makes you feel calm and relaxed. Go on, think about your happy place.
The natural and Ayurvedic Sarpagandha herb can provide you rapid relief. Pure Cure + Co’s Sleep, provides this Ayurvedic herb, in tablet form, to calm the agitated mind, normalize blood pressure and release tension, allowing the body to ease into sound sleep and awaken refreshed.
